Lacy has been in the real estate industry for over 13 years. She started out working as the Executive Assistant to top-producing REALTOR® Cathy Rogoff. Lacy became a licensed REALTOR® herself in 2014 and is now one of ARC's top producers in North Jefferson County.

Before real estate, Lacy worked in the medical field as an executive assistant for 7 years. She has been married to Chris Orazine for 18 years and together they have two beautiful daughters. She loves that there's never a dull moment around her own home as she is very involved with both of her kids extra curricular activities, and her family's church, Church of the Highlands.
